In the framework of the ASEAN +3 Youth Caucus held from Oct. 17 - 19 in Hanoi city, more than 80 youth delegates attending the forum visited Ha Long Bay and did some exchange activities with Quang Ninh provincial Youth Union.
In the evening of the same day, leaders of Quang Ninh province opened a formal reception banquet to the delegation. Mr. Nguyen Duc Long, Deputy Provincial Committee Secretary and Mr. Phan Van Mai, Secretary of the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union attended the ceremony.
Speaking at the reception, Mr. Nguyen Duc Long was delighted to welcome the ASEAN+3 Youth delegation to Quang Ninh. He has introduced to the delegation an overview of socio-economic situation of the province. He wished that through this forum the relationship among the countries and the Quang NInh Provincial Youth Union in particular will be further developed.
