In the tourism development orientation of Dong Trieu Town, spiritual tourism is defined as important, valuable and sustainable direction. Recently, from many capital sources, Dong Trieu Town has focused on completing infrastructures, restoring monuments and developing tourism products associated with relics.
According to the town's statistics, from 2012 until now, Dong Trieu has spent thousands of billion VND on renovating relic infrastructures. Typically, 5 major roads connecting relics included Yen Tu – Ho Thien, Trai Loc – Ngoa Van, Dong Trieu – Binh Khe crossroad. Dozens of other routes are under construction to expand and connect relics such as Cau Mang – Binh Khe, the road to Dun Station (Yen Duc), the road connecting with Bac Giang, etc.
Currently, businesses are continuing to invest in completing new spiritual tourism products, such as the tourist stop-over at Trai Loc lake, Khe Che golf club and luxury resort, Tran Dynasty’s spiritual service area etc.
With the goal of sustainable and high-value tourism development, Dong Trieu has been taking firm steps, focusing on transport infrastructure and preservation of relic values and development of relic related tourism products.
