A seminar on smart tourism, the 4.0 technology application and structural solutions for tourism sector after Covid 19 pandemic took place on June 30 in Ha Long city.
The seminar attracted the participation of nearly 150 representatives of domestic 4.0 technology associations and enterprises operating in the fields of tourism. At the seminar, enterprises were introduced about new technology solutions in Vietnam such as online booking system Enet; Online Travel Fair, trip plan application, 4D, VR (Virtual Reality), AR (Augmented Reality) technologies etc. Ranked in the 3rd place of ICT Index 2019, Quang Ninh is evaluated as one of the localities with the best conditions to implement smart tourism which is an important component of the overall smart city development.
