On Mar. 19, in Ha Long City, Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committe Pham Minh Chinh had a meeting with Mrs. Kelly Gass, Chairman of the Casino, San Marco Capital Financial Company, and Prof Ha Ton Vinh regarding the investment experience in the world-class integrated resort, including casino at Van Don Economic Zone.
At the meeting, Mrs. Kelly Gass expressed her willingness to cooperate and advise Quang Ninh in developing the integrated resort including casino at Van Don Economic Zone. She strongly confirmed that Quang Ninh has great potential for building integrated resort.
