On November 16, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee, cum Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, had a courtesy meeting with the delegation of Germany’s Hessen State Parliament, headed by its President Boris Rhein.
Welcoming the guests, Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee Secretary, cum Chairman of Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky expressed his delight at the effective development of the strategic partnership between and Germany and Vietnam in general, as well as between Hessen state and Quang Ninh province in particular.
He emphasized that Quang Ninh always attaches great importance to building and strengthening cooperative relationships with German localities, and is willing to continue strengthening the relationship between the two localities in many fields, especially in advantageous areas of Hessen state.
Boris Rhein, in turn, affirmed that Quang Ninh is considered as one of Hessen's close friends. He also hoped that the relationship between Hessen state and Quang Ninh province would be further promoted, thereby contributing to developing the strategic partnership between Germany and Vietnam.
