"11,500 free tickets will be delivered to the locals and visitors to enjoy the " Brilliant Ha Long 2017" program in the evening of Apr.28 at the Ocean Park, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long city", reported the Ha Long City People's Committee.
"Brilliant Ha Long 2017" program is a highlight of the 2017 Quang Ninh-Ha Long Tourism Week with the performances of the famous Vietnamese artists and singers. It is expected to offer enjoyable moments to the locals and tourists during their long holidays in Quang Ninh.
