According to the news released from Quang Ninh Tourism Department, the Conference on cooperation in developing the World heritage tourism between Quang Ninh (Vietnam), Luang Prabang (Lao) and Udon Thani (Thailand) in the 2016-2017 period will be held in from June. 21-24, in Ha Long city.
The aim of the conference is to tap all the great tourism potential and enhance the linkages of the three provinces in tourism development. Accordingly, it helps promote tourism attractions of these three famous world heritage sites, enhancing their private and public partnership, especially in tourism and media cooperation.
The conference will focus on the key contents including the way in which tourism information will be updated; organising training courses to exchange experiences in tourism labor training, tourism product development and management for the period of 2016-2017, in vision of 2020. In addition, during the conference, participants will have chance to explore famous tourism spots of Ha Long city, such as Ha Long Bay, Long Tien pagoda, Tran Quoc Nghien temple, Quang Ninh museum,etc...
The conference will attract the participation of nearly 100 delegates including leaders, tourism businesses and organizations from the three provinces.
