Quang Ninh was selected as the Northern province to host the 2015 Earth Hour Campaign and launch the 2015 energy saving program, according to the Quang Ninh Trade and Industry Department.
Accordingly, the program is designed with a series of attractive activities such as meeting, art show, films on earth hour... from 3pm-8.35pm on March 27 at the Quang Ninh Children Culture Palace.
Especially, lights and other applicances will be turned off within one hour (from 8.30-9.30 pm on March 28) throughout the province in order to raise the people's awareness of energy saving and to adapt climate change.
