On Nov 7th, Quang Ninh’s Vice-chairman Bui Van Khang, presided over the meeting regarding making a plan of “Developing nighttime economy in Quang Ninh”.
Attendants clarified potentials and difficulties and put forwards solutions to boost nighttime economy in Quang Ninh.
Delivering his speech at the meeting, Quang Ninh’s Vice-chairman emphasized that the province had favorable conditions to develop nighttime activities. He asked the Department of Planning and Investment to study and pilot the plan, concentrating on the fields of tourism and trade, in Ha Long City, Mong Cai City, and Van Don District. He also required to undertake farm trips to some localities nationwide and seminars on the issues.
Currently, nighttime business and markets are available in Ha Long City and Mong Cai City only.
