Ha Long City takes the lead in the province in the rate of smart phone users downloading the app, with 38.55% of the city’s population, equal to 124,400 people.
Localities and departments in Quang Ninh are proactively encouraging local people to download the app to uphold the efficiency in Covid-19 prevention and control.
