Amid Covid-19 spirals, on August 18, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee issues urgent notice No.15/ ĐK-UBND on the continuance of implementing urgent measures against Covid-19 in the new context.
Accordingly, the committee requires the setting up of interdisciplinary checkpoints from 3pm on August 18, 2020 to control the flow of people and vehicles from Hai Duong province to Quang Ninh. 100% of people to Quang Ninh from disease-hit areas must undertake body temperature check, face mask wearing, health declaration, travelling records.
Quang Ninh postpones the operation of ferries between Dong Trieu Town and Hai Duong province’s localities. It also bans the travelling of public buses, private cars, and trucks from Quang Ninh province to Hai Duong city (Hai Duong province) and vice-versa. Vehicles from and to disease-free localities in Hai Duong province operate normally but they must follow regulations on Covid-19 prevention.
Moreover, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee requires all people from and passing through Hai Duong city (Hai Duong province) and people who have contacted with people from and passing through Hai Duong city (Hai Duong province) from July 25th, 2020 to make health declaration and undertake 14-day quarantine at home if they are not subject to compulsory isolation. The committee requires compulsory isolation and Covid-19 tests for those who are from and passing through Hai Duong City (Hai Duong province) from August 15, 2020.
Quang Ninh continues postponing the operation of karaoke parlos, bars, pubs, clubs, games shops, massage and beauty salons from 0h00 of August 19, 2020.
