On October 13, in Halong city ,Quang Ninh's Vice Chairman Vu Van Dien had a coutersy meeting with a delegation of Luangprabang province (Laos) led by the Mr. Kham Man Chan Tha Lang Si, Vice Chairman of the province, on the occasion of his working visit to Quang Ninh.
At the reception, Mr. Vu Van Dien affirmed the strong relationship between Quang Ninh (Vietnam) and provinces of Laos, especially Luang Prabang. He hoped that the good relationship between the two sides would be further developed in the future.
Mr. Kham Man Chan Tha Lang Si, in turns, sincerely thanked Quang Ninh's leaders for their support to localitities of Laos in all fields , particularly in human resource training, tourism and infrastructure... in recent years, contributing to the socio and economic development of Luang Prabang province in particular and Laos in general.
