On Oct 30th, in Ha Noi, a senior delegation of Quang Ninh province led by Provincial Party Committee Secretary, cum Chairman of Provincial People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, paid a working visit to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam, Umeda Kunio.
On behalf of provincial leaders, Quang Ninh’s Secretary, Nguyen Xuan Ky, thanked the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam and Japan’s international cooperation agencies in Vietnam for supporting the province to implement development projects, giving consultancy on the plannings and designs of key constructions in Quang Ninh, thereby making great contribution to provincial development orientation, socio-economic development, and bilateral tie enhancement between Quang Ninh and Japan’s people.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam, Umeda Kunio, acknowledged and highly appreciated Quang Ninh’s potential and strength as well as investment attraction strategies. He wished Quang Ninh to take advantages of Japan’s supporting programs to attract more investment into the province, especially in the fields of manufacturing, tourism services, agriculture, and environmental protection.
