Quang Ninh's leaders pay tribute to War Martyrs

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, on July 27, in Ha Long city, a provincial delegation headed by Mr. Nguyen Van Doc, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee and Chairman of Provincial People's Council laid wreaths and offered incenses at the Ha Long city's Fallen Soldiers Monument and Vu Van Hieu Monument (the first Secretary of Quang Ninh Coal Mine Special Zone Party Committee) to pay tribute to heroic martyrs for their sacrifices and services during the cause of national liberation, construction and defence.
