On Oct. 3rd, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee organized a meeting to review the implementation of 2019 working theme “Improving the quality and efficiency of services” in the last 9 months and put forwards missions for year-end months. Vice-chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, Bui Van Khang, presided over the meeting.
To carry out the year working theme, since the beginning of 2019, Quang Ninh’s departments and localities focused on developing high-quality tourism, connecting trade activities, enhancing investment in transportation and tourism infrastructure. Besides, the quality of services in the fields of health, education, information and communication, transportation, finance, and banking has been much improved.
After listening to reports, the Vice-chairman affirmed that the implementation of the year’s working theme was one of the major tasks which would help Quang Ninh achieve the target of becoming a modern industrial and service province next year. Having said that, he then asked departments, sectors and localities in the province to strengthen their role in directing and performing tasks to successfully achieve the expected goal of the 2019 working theme in the last months of the year.
