Number of tourist arrivals to Quang Ninh in February 2015 reached 1.9 mln, a 4% rise from the previous month, according the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
This figure included over 613,000 foreign arrivals, up 12% over the same period of 2014 while those visiting Ha Long Bay accounted for more than 435,000 arrivals, up 2% and nearly 86,000 arrivals from businesses in the province, and nearly 1.3 mln of those visiting historical relics.
The total tourism revenue gained more than VND 1,112 bln, up 14% in comparision with the same period last year.
