Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, director of Finance Department said that following the growth impetus of 2009 and 2010, Quang Ninh province is continuously gaining the increase in its revenue and contributing to the governmental budget.
As a result, the Ministry of Finance has recently reported to the Government and decided to reward the province an amount of VND 186 billion.
Quang Ninh PPC has decided to share this above-mentioned reward with the localities within the province.
Specifically, VND 60 billion is rewarded for Ha Long, Uong Bi, Mong Cai and Cam Pha. These localities achieved high revenue and significantly contributed to the provincial budget; VND 126 billion is for all the rest of localities of the province for the purpose of implementing the program of new rural area development.
