Under the framework of the Youth Training Program for the officials of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Youth Union 2019 organized by the Vietnamese Central Youth Union, on Oct. 5th, at Quang Ninh Provincial Children Culture Palace, Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union had an exchange meeting with 49 Lao youth representatives who are joining the training course.
At the exchange program, the Lao delegation have watched a video clip introducing Quang Ninh Province’s outstanding achievements and the Quang Ninh Provincial Children Culture Palace. The two sides shared with each other experiences on youth union work and youth movement of the two nations, good and efficient models in managing and educating children etc. After the program, the Lao delegation visited a number of gifted and talented classes at the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Culture Palace and experienced a training course on the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization held by the Provincial Youth Union.
In the afternoon of the same day, the Lao Delegation took a trip to Ha Long Bay – the World Natural Heritage.
