The biennial exhibition is jointly organised by the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, from Aug.26 to Sep.5 in Kien Giang province, which hosts the National Tourism Year 2016.
At the exhibition, Vietnamese photography lovers will have an opportunity to enjoy 250 works by famous artists, including 3 ones of Quang Ninh, namely: Duong Phuong Dai's Thợ lò vào ca ; Nguyen Khac Dam's Đường xuống mỏ than and Bach Ngoc Tu's Mùa chim làm tổ).
This is the first time for almost 20 years that Quang Ninh has had 3 works selected to be displayed at the exhibition. Of which, 2 of them focus on the coal miners and coal mining industry in Quang Ninh province.
