On November 15, the Government Office held a video conference to review the one-year implementation of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 28/2018/QD-TTg on sending and receiving e-documents among agencies in the state administrative system, which have significantly contributed to the reduction of administrative costs and saving the time, changing working styles from solving paper-based jobs to solving work on electronic environment.
In Quang Ninh, with the modern system of electronic government and IT infrastructure, the internal electronic documents exchanges among state agencies have been conducted from commune to provincial levels since 2015. Each year, the province has exchanged about 1.8 million electronic documents, thereby helping to save annual administrative costs. Regarding the exchange of electronic documents via the national interconnected axis, up to now, the province has sent and received over 6,000 electronic documents.
To conclude the conference, Minister - Chairman of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung highly appreciated initial positive results of the sending and receiving electronic documents between the Government Office and the ministries, sectors and localities. He underscored that Quang Ninh is the pioneer in the whole country in sending and receiving electronic documents with digital signatures at 4 levels from commune to central level, bringing many benefits in administrative reform, and saving administrative costs.
