On November 6th, in Ha Long city, Vice-Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Van Thanh chaired a meeting with the Quang Ninh Investment Promotion Agency (Quang Ninh IPA) to collect comments and contributions to the Project on promoting comprehensive cooperation, investment and trade with Japan.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh highly appreciated the draft prepared and presented by Quang Ninh IPA at the meeting. He suggested required that all the lessons and experiences of other provinces and cities nationwide in attracting investments from Japan should be analyzed in details; thereby proposing solutions that suit current situation of Quang Ninh. The Vice-Chairman of QNPPC directed Quang Ninh IPA to add the comprehensive evaluation of the current state of investment environment. He also commented that the planning should be considered as the top solution; it is necessary to propose timeline for training human resource.
At the meeting, relevant provincial departments also raised their opinions to the draft of the decision to replace the Decision N02052/QĐ-UBND dated 16/8/2012 by QNPPC regarding administrative procedures of the non-state budget projects that use land and water surface within the province.
