In the framework of the Conference on improving the supervision efficiency of the Vietnamese, Lao and Cambodian parliaments in the finance and budget sector, on Jan. 11, a parliamentary delegation of Laos and Cambodia paid a visit to Ha Long Bay. Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hien, Vice-Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Council received the delegation.
Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hien expressed his pleasure to welcome the delegation from the two countries to Ha Long Bay; at the same time, he introduced to the delegation about an overview of socio-economic situation of Quang Ninh province in recent years as well as functions and tasks of the Provincial People’s Council at all levels.
The delegation sincerely thanked leaders of QNPPC for their cordial reception and believed that through this visit, the traditional relationship and solidarity among three countries will be further developed.
