According to the news released by Tuan Chau Five-Star Cruise JSC (Ha Long city), Paradise Luxury Cruise has just won the Gold Circle 2012 for its world class service quality. This award is granted by the leading Asian hotel booking website, Agoda.com.
In order to achieve this award, the cruise must meet the criteria of the website such as positive comments from customers, good information presentation, and offering competitive prices. Paradise Luxury is the only cruise of Ha Long that has won this award.
Gold Circle Awards were firstly launched in 2009. Winning cruises must have strong commitment in well managing their revenues and offering the best price to the customers.
