On October 1st, Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee, cum Chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, took a trip to survey the situation of transportation system connecting Cua Luc Bridge No.1 and 2 with Dong Son and Ky Thuong Communes in Ha Long City.
The formation of a modern and synchronous transport system to link Cua Luc Bridge No.1 and 2 and Dong Son and Ky Thuong Communes in Ha Long City will surely create a driving force for socio-economic development of not only mountainous areas in the north of the city but also the whole District of Ba Che.
During the survey trip, the Secretary spent his time talking with local people in mountainous Dong Lam Commune. The locals expressed their excitement as key projects that had been being implemented helped create the connection of the two regions, for example, the projects of Cua Luc Bridge No.1 and 2. Besides, Ha Long City has attracted investors in large-scale Ha Long Safari Park project which is expected to become a special attrative tourism product and to form a chain of forestry and sea tourism, luring more visitors to Ha Long and creating more jobs for locals.
