National Tourism Year 2023 to feature various special events
National Tourism Year 2023 themed “Binh Thuan – Green Convergence” will be launched on March 25 in Tien Thanh Commune, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, featuring many special tourism events, according to the Binh Thuan Province Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place on the evening of March 25 at NovaWorld Phan Thiet in Tien Thanh Commune.
Many cultural, sports and tourism activities will also be held in the city, including Tuy Phong Semi-Marathon Competition 2023, Vietnam FesTRIval Binh Thuan Competition 2023, Culture and Food Week, Stop and Run Marathon BTV Binh Thuan, and an exhibition themed “Binh Thuan cultural heritage connects regions”, among others.
Events to be held in Binh Thuan are highlights of a series of events taking place during the National Tourism Year 2023, contributing to promoting the nation’s tourism sector, especially Binh Thuan tourism, after the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the Binh Thuan Province Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province will build green tourism products and utilise its strengths and advantages of forests, mountains, lakes, waterfalls, and seas to successfully organise the National Tourism Year 2023.
