On the occasion of New Year of 2012, on Jan. 3, Major General Nguyen Canh Hien, Deputy Commander of Vietnam Border Guards visited and sent Happy New Year greetings to the officials, people and army forces of Quang Ninh provinces.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh , Member of Central Party Committee, Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee has received Mr. Deputy Commander. At the reception, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh highly appreciated the contribution and collaborationof Vietnam National Border Guard and the provincial Border Guard with Quang Ninh Party, Government and People in undertaking the task of protecting the sovereignty and security of national border as well as helping the local people in socio-economic development activities.
Major General Nguyen Canh Hien sincerely thanked to Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee for their leadership, direction and provision of the best conditions assisting Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard to complete the assigned tasks. He wished that Quang Ninh provincial Border Guard force will to receive continued guidance and direction from the local government so that they could successfully complete important tasks assigned by the government and people.
