Letter from Chairman of QNPPC to the cities and provinces in nationwide to call for collaboration in voting for Ha Long Bay.

On Oct. 20, Mr. Nguyen Van Doc - Chairman of QNPPC has sent a letter to the Chairmen of the People’s Committees of cities and provinces in nationwide to call for collaboration in propagating, promoting and voting for Ha Long Bay as one of new seven natural wonders of the world.

The letter stated  that the campaign to vote for the new seven natural wonders of the world has been launched by New Open World organization and is now in the final stage. The results will be released on November 11th, 2011.

In the past few years, with the direction of the central government, the involvement of the whole political system, social organizations, sectors, media agencies, central and local enterprises, and especially active participation of the people in the country and Vietnamese in overseas, foreign affairs bodies, international organizations and friends in all over the world, Ha Long Bay has always been in the top  candidates of the finalists.

Under the direction of the National Steering Committee to focus on mobilizing people to vote  for Ha  Long Bay as one of the new seven natural wonders of the world, Mr. Chairman of QNPPC respectfully request chairmen of the People’s Committees of cities and provinces in nationwide to continue to direct and mobilize their departments, sectors and people at all levels to vote for Ha Long bay following three different ways, such as: via the internet by visiting the website www.new7wonders.com; sending SMS to 147, telephoning, or by using social networking site applications of Face book, Youtube, or online newspapers.
