On Jan. 3, 2012, in Ha Long city, Mr. Nguyen Van Doc- Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee and Vice-chairmen of the QNPPC have honorably received Labor Medals, Certificates of Merit granted by the President and the Prime Minister. As authorized by the President, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, Member of Central Party Committee; Secretary of Provincial Party Committee rewarded Labor Medals, Certificates of Merit to the above-mentioned provincial leaders.
At the rewarding ceremony, on behalf of Provincial Council of Emulation-Commendation, Mr. Vu Minh Thiet, Head of Department of Home Affairs announced the decisions of rewarding noble awards.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Doc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of QNPPC received the Third-Class Labor Medal from the President for his excellent achievements in his work from 2006 to 2010, contributing to the socialist construction and national defense.
Mr. Do Thong, Standing Vice-Chairman of QNPPC; Mr. Dang Huy Hau, Vice-Chairman of QNPPC and Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Vice-Chairman of the PPC were rewarded with Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister for their achievements in their work from 2006 to 2010, contributing to the socialist construction and national defense.
As authorized by the President, Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, Member of Central Party, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee rewarded the Medals and Certificates of Merit to the above-mentioned recipients.
Mr. Pham Minh Chinh congratulated Mr. Chairman and Vice-Chairmen of QNPPC on receiving the noble awards. He wished that leaders of QNPPC, organizations as well as people in the province will continue to successfully implement emulation movement to receive more noble awards.
