The People’s Committee of Co To town has officially commenced the operation of Ky Con walking street in Co To disitrct.
The street stretching about 250 meters is situated at the Zone No.3 in the centre of Co To townlet. A variety of stalls are available along the area for pedestrians to taste the food and drink, or buy the clothes, accessories, souvenirs and handicrafts.
This is the first street of this kind opened in Co To island district with a view to offer tourists a new tourist product, promote the local culture and create a communal space for locals and visitors.
As scheduled, Ky Con pedestrian street will operate from 7pm to 11pm everyday.
