On Mar. 28, in Ha Long city, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee Do Thi Hoang received Kazakh Parliament’s Lower House Zhakupov Kabibolla Kabenovich and his delegation on the occasion of his official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of the Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung.
At the reception, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party's Committee Do Thi Hoang welcomed the visit of the Kazakh Parliament’s Lower House leader and congratulated Kazakhstan on its achievements during 23 years of independence.
She then introduced to the delegation a snap shot of Quang Ninh's potential and advantages for socio-economic development. She hoped that the relationship between Kazakhstan and Vietnam in general and Kazakhstan and Quang Ninh in particular would be further developed in order to promote the advantages for mutual benefit. She stated the Quang Ninh's leaders and people wish to greatly contribute to the ties between the two countries.
Zhakupov Kabibolla Kabenovich, for his part, made a brief introduction of Kazakh Parliament’s Lower and Upper House as well as the country's incentives. He wished both sides would promote cooperation in all areas, especially in agriculture and mineral resources explotation..
