In readiness for boosting economic demand

On Apr. 28, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee held the regular meeting for April to evaluate socio-economic development in the month and put forwards missions in the coming time. Quang Ninh’s chairman Nguyen Van Thang presided over the meeting.

Analyzing difficulties and challenges in the process of fulfilling socio-economic targets for 2020, Quang Ninh’s chairman required departments, sectors, and localities to be more decisive to implement guidelines to reach assigned targets. He also asked them to be ready to carry out economic demand promotion measures basing upon well controlling the pandemic. 

Department of Tourism is required to work with Department of Culture and Sports, Department of Transport, Ha Long City and other localities to solve enterprises and businesses’ difficulties in order to resume tourism and services at early May. Moreover, it is necessary to advertise new attractive tourist products and put them into operation. Quang Hanh High-class Mineral Hot Spring Resort is encouraged to open to public at early May.

Economic Zone Management Board works with localities to hasten the construction progress of projects in industrial parks and economic zone.
