A cultural programme themed “Vietnamese Tet (Lunar New Year Festival) – Tet in the Streets” officially kicked off in the streets around Hanoi’s Old Quarter in Hoan Kiem District on January 28, aiming to welcome the upcoming Lunar New Year.
