Ha Long Spring Flower market ready to bloom for Tet

As the Lunar New Year (Tet) Festival is coming, Ha Long’s Spring flower market is blossoming with colourful fresh flowers of various kinds.

Traditionally, flowers are an indispensable feature in each Vietnamese family home decoration during Tet, therefore, the high demand for flowers during the most important holiday helps preserve traditional villages growing flowers. People visit the flower market not only to buy flowers but also to enjoy the happy atmosphere of the upcoming Tet.

The Spring Flower festival is annualy held with the aim of meeting the people’s demands of flowers at Tet. This year, the festival takes place from Jan. 25 to Feb.4 at the Quang Ninh Expo and Fair center.
