According to the Ha Long city People's Committee , Ha Long Spring Flower Festival 2016 will take place from January 29th to February 7th at Ha Long Park in Bach Dang ward, Ha Long city.
Accordingly, following the success of the Spring Flower Festival in previous years, this year's event is assigned to the Quang Ninh Green Trees - Park Joint Stock Company
In addition. the Ha Long city People's Committee also requires Bach Dang ward People's Committee and related forces to ensure urban order and environmental hygiene during the festival./.
