Two hotline numbers are 0913539 633 (Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Son, Vice Chairman of Ha Long City People's Committee) and 0913.268.828 (Mr. Nguyen Vu Hai, Head of Natural Resources and Environment Division).
Information is supposed to be received 24/24 per day, and even during holidays.
Individuals and organizations are able to send written documents to the Division of Natural Resources and Environment of Ha Long City, 6th floor, Ha Long city Public Administration Center, 25/4 street, Hong Gai ward, Ha Long city or email to phongtnvmt.hl@quangninh.gov.vn.
