After 4 day exciting competition, the closing ceremony of Ha Long Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards 2019 was held in the evening of Nov 22 in Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province. The event was co-organized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) and Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee.
The Ha Long APICTA Awards 2019 attracted the participation of 75 international judges, 324 ICT projects and over 1,000 delegates from 17 APICTA members. According to the evaluation of APICTA representatives, the event was successfully organized with high-quality ICT products and nominations applying modern and advanced technologies, bringing benefits to the society.
The APICTA Awards 2019 is a good opportunity for Quang Ninh to approach national and international ICT technological achievements, thereby promoting the ICT application into the economic management, performance and development, towards building digital economy in Quang Ninh.
At the closing ceremony of the APICTA 2019, the organizing board presented trophies to 24 winners and certificates of merit to 74 ICT products. Vietnam team won a trophy and 8 certificates of merit, placed 7th in the ranking.
