On Jan 6th, in Liuzhou, Guangxi (China), Communist Party Secretary of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Lu Shinshe had a courtesy meeting with Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee, Ngo Hoang Ngan on the sideline of the Spring Meeting 2020.
Highly appreciating Quang Ninh’s strong development in all aspects over the past years, Communist Party Secretary of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region said that bilateral tie had been further promoted and both sides had gained significant achievement. He hoped this visit would be a good chance to tighten trust and mutual understanding as well as boost friendship cooperation in various fields, including trade, economy, health care, infrastructure, tourism, border security and crime prevention.
Giving a short introduction about Quang Ninh’s socio-economic development in 2019, Standing Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee affirmed that Quang Ninh and Guangxi had been a highlight in typical cooperation model at local level between Vietnam and China.
He hoped the Spring Meeting 2020 would enhance the friendship and cooperation between the two sides in many fields, focusing on transportationconnection, tourism, exports, logistics, E-commerce, customs clearance, border labor, education….
