On Mar. 9, General Phung Quang Thanh - one of the Plitburo’s members, Minister of Defence and his entourage paid a working visit to the Economic-Defence Mission 327 of Military Zone 3.
At the working session, General Phung Quang Thanh has praised all the officials and soldiers of Military Zone 3 for their achievements in their development of nearly 40 years, espescialy during 15 years of undertaking economic-defence duty in Quang Ninh. However, he requested the officials and soldiers to continue to promote their traditional spirit in order to further develop the Economic-Defence Mission 327 of Military Zone 3.
