French media explores Vietnam tourism

According to the news released from Vietnam National Tourism Administration, from 3rd to 9th June, a delegation of the French media undertook a survey of Vietnam tourism to introduce to the French people.

They are reporters from various magazines and online newspapers such as National Geographic, Le Quotidien du Médecin, website Le Quotidien du Pharmacien, Glamour + GQ, Midi Libre, Sud-Ouest, TourMaG.com, etc.

Within one week working visit to Vietnam, the delegation undertook a transvietnam tour departing from Ho Chi Minh city to Quang Ninh, crossing Ham Long artist village in Ho Chi Minh city, Hoi An ancient street, Ha Noi, and Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh).

As reported, France is one of the important market of the Vietnam tourism. According to the statistics from the Vietnam National Tourism Administration, over 219,000 French tourist arrivals to Vietnam in 2012 and nearly 99,000 French arrivals in the first 5 months of 2013.
