French luxury ship Le Laperouse to berth in Ha Long on Oct.13

French luxury ship Le Laperouse is going to call the port of Ha Long with more than 200 international tourists, marking the return of international cruise vessels to the world heritage site of Ha Long Bay after nearly 3 years of disruption caused by Covid-19.

According to the Quang Ninh Port, the five-star Le Laperouse Cruise operated by Ponant Company is arriving Ha Long International Cruise Port tomorrow morning. The passengers are mainly from Eroupe and Africa.

Before arriving in Ha Long, the ship had visited Con Dao, HCMC, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon, Da Nang and Hue. It left Indonesia on September 20 after passing through Singapore before arriving in Vietnam.

Ha Long International Port, which was put into operation in 2018, can serve two cruise ships with 8,460 visitors at a time.
