On Oct.5th, QuangNinh province held a ceremony to open the examination for recruitment of Deputy Director positions of the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Information and Communications, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Quang Ninh Investment Promotion Agency. Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum Chairman of Provincial People’s Council, and Chairman of the Examination Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, chaired the ceremony.
The examination has the participation of 17 candidates competing foreign language proficiency and general knowledge tests. Those who passed the tests will be assigned the topics to be prepared within 30 days for a perfect presentation. The examination is of great importance to select cadres who have leadership capacity with high qualifications in key positions of the departments and sectors.
Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary cum Chairman of Provincial People’s Council, and Chairman of the Examination Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, emphasized that the personnel work which plays a vital role in all jobs has been paid much concern by Quang Ninh Province. Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary Nguyen Xuan Ky applauded the candidates’ good preparation. With the aim of improving the quality of the leadership recruitment examination in coming time, the changes in foreign language and general knowledge tests are need.
