On Aug. 28, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Do Thi Hoang received and worked with a summit delegation of the Central Committee Executive of the Communist Party of Australia (CPA) led by its General Secretary Bob Briton on the occasion of his visit to Quang Ninh.
At the reception, Hoang said that she was very happy to receive the delegation. Then, she briefed the delegation about Quang Ninh's advantages for economic development. In addition, she stressed Vietnam was seriously suffered from the war. Quang Ninh has around five thousand Agent Orange victims. As a results, the province always look after these people and wished to receive strong support from the international communities in general and from Communist Party of Australia and Australian in particular.
Speaking at the reception, Mr. Bop Brition higly appreciated Quang Ninh's achievements in ecomomic development in recent years. He focused that the CPA always pays attention to the Vietnamese Agent Organge's victims, and pledged that the CPA is willing to propagate and support all these victims in Vietnam.
