On Dec. 19th, in Ha Long city, the Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Do Thi Hoang worked with a delegation from Guangdong’s Academy of Public Administration (China) led by Chen Han Sheng - the Deputy Manager of the Academy within its visit in Vietnam.
At the reception, the Deputy Secretary Hoang has briefly introduced to the delegation about Quang Ninh’s potentials and strengths in socio-economic development. She highly appreciated the Chinese’s achievements in many areas in recent years. Hoang also believed that the close-knit cooperation relationship between the two countries will be more effectively developed.
For his part, Chen Han Sheng expressed his happiness with the positive changes and development of Quang Ninh in particular and Vietnam in general. He hoped that through this visit to Vietnam, the delegation will further understand about cultural, economic, and political development of Vietnam. They also will have opportunities to exchange and learn experiences of Vietnam in socio-economic development, especially in education and training.
On Dec. 20, the delegation visited Ha Long Bay, then returned to Hanoi.
