On Nov 13th, in Ha Long City, a research delegation of Royal Cambodian Armed Forces led by Major General Meas Vanna had a meeting with Quang Ninh Military Command concerning the implementation of “military in rear area” and “gratitude policy”.
At the meeting, attendants discussed about the experiences, advantages, difficulties and achievement during the implementation of the above-mentioned policies.
On behalf of the delegation, Major General Meas Vanna, highly appricated the strong development of Quang Ninh Military Command in particular and Quang Ninh in general. He emphasized that Royal Cambodian Armed Forces’ strong development was thanks to Vietnam’s support, especially in the field of military training. He hoped that the traditional ties between Vietnam and Cambodia would be further enhanced and more sustainable.
