Construction of the linking road from Cai Lan Industrial Zone Ha Long - Van Don Highway starts

In Ha Long city, the provincial traffic construction investment project management board started construction of the linking road from Cai Lan Industrial Zone, crossing Viet Hung Industrial Zone to Ha Long - Van Don Highway, welcoming the 15th Quang Ninh Party Congress, tenure 2020-2025.

The project has total investment of 1,299 bill VND. The road stretches nearly 12 km with the beginning point at the national highway 18 crossing Cai Lan IZ and the ending point at Ha Long - Van Don highway. Currently, 2.2 km of cleared land has been handed. According to the plan, the project will be finished in Oct, 2020 welcoming the 15th Quang Ninh party Congress, tenure 2020-2025. Along with Cua Luc Bridges No 2 and 3, the linking road project is believed to complete the traffic infrastructure of Ha Long city, boosting the development of Viet Hung and Cai Lan industrial zones.
