On June 15, at the Provincial Conference Center, Quang Ninh Province held a conference on assessing and analyzing Public Adminstration Reform Index (PAR Index), Satisfaction Index of Public Adminstration Services (SIPAS) and Public Adminstration Performance Index (PAPI) in 2018 and proposing solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of public administration reform in 2019 and in coming years.
Thanks to close attention and strong guidance of the province, departments and localities, in recent years, Quang Ninh’s adminsitrative reform has seen positive changes. Quang Ninh’s PAR index score and national rankings in 2018 with the top position have clearly proved. Besides, the quality of handling administrative procedures has been given special attention by the province. As a result, Quang Ninh’s SIPAS in 2018 was placed in the top 10 provinces and cities nationwide with the highest satisfaction rate. Quang Ninh’s PAPI in 2018 has seen remarkable improvement in terms of scores and rankings.
