On June 4, Quang Ninh held a conference on analyzing PAR, SIPAS, PAPI and ICT indices and announcing the Department and District Competitiveness Index (DDCI) 2019.
At the conference, leading experts in administrative reform and IT sector analyzed and clarified achievements and pointed out shortcomings of the province in implementing these indices. The achievements proved the leadership and determination of generations of Quang Ninh’s leaders, as well as efforts of the whole political system to serve people and businesses at their best in solving administrative procedures and winning the satisfaction of people and increasing the effectiveness of administrative services at district level. With the spirit of seeking truth from facts, based on analyzing shortcomings and comments of experts, Quang Ninh frankly pointed out its limitations to timely come up with measures so as to raise the quality of those indices in 2020 and coming years.
