On Nov 11th, Quang Ninh’s Vice-chairwoman, Vu Thi Thu Thuy, and relevant departments checked preparations for Ha Long World Circus Festival 2019.
The Vice-chairwoman checked the installation and decoration of the stages inside Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Center and at Oct 30th Square; floral floats; the arrangement of exhibition stalls and culinary area; activities to ensure order and security as well as fire prevention. She also listened to the reports of departments, units, and Ha Long City authority regarding the progress of implementing assigned missions
Accordingly, defining Ha Long World Circus Festival 2019 as provincial important event, departments, units, and Ha Long City authority has been made good preparations for the festival.
Side-line activities have been also well planned. To date, OCOP Exhibition has received the registration of 210 stalls while Ha Long International Culinary Festival appeals 57 stall. Other activities, for example street circus performances, a seminar on circus art and tourism development potentials…, also go on the right track.
