On Mar. 5, in Ha Long city, Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Van Doc had a coutersy meeting with Mrs. Charlene Barshefsky, Ambassador and Former U.S Trade Representative, and partners of the Sun Group.
At the meeting, Chairman of QNPPC Nguyen Van Doc had a brief introduction about the recent achievements in terms of socio-economic development of Quang Ninh. He also higly appreciated the projects investment by the Sun Group in Quang Ninh. Quang Ninh's Chairman pleadged that the provincewill provide the best conditions to Sun Group in particular and other investors in general so that they could rapidly and effectively implement their projects in Quang Ninh.
For her part, Mrs. Charlene Barshefsky confirmedthe cooperation tie between Vietnam and the U.S in many fields, especial in economic areas has resulted benefits forcontributing to the mutual development of the two countries.
Ai the meeting, both sides also share experience in drawing appropriate mechansims and incentives for the development of the integrated resort including casino at Van Don.
