The Festival of Cap Tien Temple relic (in Dong Xa commune, Van Don district) opened on the eighth day of the Lunar New Year (Jan. 30th). On this occasion, a Tree Planting Ceremony was launched to show eternal gratitude to the great Uncle Ho.
The Opening and Tree Planting ceremonies were attended by representative leaders of district, relevant sectors and organizations within the district and more than 1000 travelers coming from different parts of the country.
It is estimated that there have been over 15,000 tourist arrivals to Cap Tien Temple since the 29th of the 12th lunar month to the eighth day of the Lunar New Year.
